Which book should I start with?
Most readers start with Book 1 (Stay Safe, Stay Connected) or Book 2 (Stay Safe at Home) — personal safety and home safety are usually the most urgent topics. Every book stands alone, so there's no required order.
What formats are available?
Every book comes as an eBook (EPUB, PDF, Kindle), an Audiobook (MP3, M4B), a Paperback (via Books.by), or a Multi-Media Pack bundling video, audio and eBook together.
Is my payment secure?

Accessing your purchase
How do I access my digital purchase?
After checkout, you'll get an email with a link to set up your free Independent Seniors Guide account. From there you can stream or download every file in your library, any time.
I lost my download link — what do I do?
Email contact@independentseniors.guide with your order email and we'll resend it.
How long does paperback delivery take?
Paperback orders are printed and shipped by our partner, Books.by. Delivery timing depends on your location — check your order confirmation from Books.by for tracking details.
